Claire Crone is a PrQS who is registered with the RICS and has over 20years of quantity surveying experience, across private and public projects, for contractors, consultants, and professional quantity surveying firms. Claire has worked in the mechanical and process sphere, traditional construction including healthcare, civil engineering in roads, bridges, harbour works, and specialises in Construction Management procurement.
Currently the Assistant Director in Supply Management Management, Claire is Head of Demand Management Section for Local Government – Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality (NMBM).
One of the functions of the Demand Management Section is to administer the registration of Service Providers who wish to do business with the NMBM, in accordance with SCM regulations S14 and NMBM SCM Policy S14, with which she can assist.
